Rabbi Yehoshua Grunstein

Formerly the Rabbi of the Beth Israel Synagogue in Halifax, Canada, Rabbi Yehoshua Grunstein now serves as Director of Training and Placement at the Straus-Amiel and Beren-Amiel Institute of Ohr Torah Stone. The program trains, places and offers ongoing support to a vibrant cadre of spiritual leaders who serve the Jewish world around the globe, to promote a Judaism based on Halacha, loving-kindness, professionalism and unity.
Rabbi Grunstein also serves as an administrator of the rabbinical court for conversions, located in Gush Etzion, and is part of the founding faculty of the morning English speaking Kollel of Efrat.

An experienced rabbi, mentoring Rabbis daily from around the Globe, sought out clergy for life-cycle events, writer and popular lecturer in Israel and around the world, he is the author of “Daven Your Age – An Adult Journey through the Daily Prayer Service” (Gefen, 2013) & “Beyond Routine-Turning Ritual into Meaningful Jewish Practice” (Urim Publishing, 2018,) and has over 1,000 recorded classes online in both Hebrew and English

Rabbi Alan Haber

Rabbi Alan Haber is an educator, tour guide, speaker and writer living in Gush Etzion, Israel.
Rabbi Haber is currently teaching on the faculties of Midreshet and Yeshivat Torah V’Avodah, Nishmat and Matan in Jerusalem. He is a freelance tour guide who works with groups, families and individuals, and specializes in educational tours.

Rabbi Haber also works as a speaker and lecturer on various topics related to Torah study, Jewish education and Israel, and as a writer, editor and translator for various Torah publications including the Koren Talmud Bavli.

Rabbi Pesach Wolicki


Rabbi Pesach Woliki

Rabbi Pesach Wolicki is an educator, writer, columnist, lecturer, public speaker and pro-Israel activist. In 2015, Rabbi Wolicki joined the staff of the Center for Jewish-Christian Understanding and Cooperation (CJCUC), where he serves as their Associate Director. He is a columnist for The Times of Israel, Charisma News, and Breaking News Israel and is an outspoken figure in the world of Jewish-Christian interfaith relations. He also served as the Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah in Jerusalem.

Rabbi Johnny Solomon

Rav Johnny Solomon is a passionate Torah learner, a reflective Torah thinker and an energetic Torah teacher. Originally from London, Johnny has a BSc (Hons) in Math & Religious Studies, an MA in Jewish Education, and semicha from the Montefiore Kollel (London).

Beyond this, Johnny has been a participant in the Lookstein Fellowships for Senior Jewish Educators (Lookstein Centre, Bar Ilan), the Shalom Hartman Tichon Programme for Senior Jewish Educators (Shalom Hartman Institute, Jerusalem), the Ashdown Fellowships for Senior Jewish Educators, and the Reshut Rabim Beit Midrash (Yaakov Herzog College).

While in London, Johnny held numerous senior positions including Head of Judaic Studies at Immanuel College (London) and Head of Judaic Studies at Hasmonean Girls’ School (London). In 2012 Rav Johnny made aliya with his family, and he divides his time between teaching Tanach, Halacha & Jewish Thought at Machon Ma’ayan and at Midreshet Torat Chesed, while also working as a Jewish Education Consultant to numerous institutions.

Johnny runs the ‘Women’s Online Beit Midrash’ facebook group, he is a board member of Chochmat Nashim, and he is currently writing a sefer on ‘Birkat Shehecheyanu’.
